Double Wire Loop Binding and Punching Machine for Wall Calendar is a full automatic punching and binding machine which is widely used for closing double wire loop notebooks, desk calendar and wall calendar etc. All the machines meet CE standards in our company.
We also have many patents for Double Wire Loop Binding and Punching Machine . It’s adopted advanced PLC control system, the display screen can set up the working datas, and show the working status of the machine real-timely.
It can bind from 1/4 to 3/4 size within 1500 books/hour. The machine supplies punching, aligning, binding and collection functions for mass production calendars and books. It increases the production efficiency and lowers the cost remarkably. The max binding size is 580mm for wall calendar and the min binding size is 70mm for A7 pocket notebooks. The max binding thickness is 16mm and the papers could be seperated for 5 layers to make sure quality of the punching. The punching pins are made by harden alloysteel and coated in Tin. Many shapes of punching moudles for your choice. We provide customized services for making special products.
